Hayek returned to the beach for another selfie on Tuesday, February 19, and as is to be expected, she looked absolutely stunning in the photo she posted to Instagram.
But one opinionated fan had to take it to a negative place with an unsolicited comment. "Too much Botox :(. Not needed Salma! " the commenter wrote.

Shot from below — you know, the angle that's no one's best except Salma Hayek's, apparently — she looks serenely happy with the wind in her hair and not a stitch of makeup on her face.

There was the one she posted with a puppy in July 2018, the selfie video she shared just a few weeks later, and the beachside self-portrait she shared in October 2019, just to name a few.
Hayek may or may not be kidding about whether or not she's considering Botox, but if she really is, she has no obligation to report back to her fans.
And while yes, no one needs Botox, it's not up to anyone but Hayek if she decides she wants to get the wrinkle-smoothing injectable treatment — and how much.
But we could probably create one dedicated to just Salma Hayek's considering she takes and posts so many stunning ones.
It's also incredibly rude to assume — especially outside of one's own head, in a public forum — that someone has gotten any kind of cosmetic work done.
An Instagram troll couldn't resist commenting on the makeup-free selfie.
Although she had every right to totally ignore the comment, Hayek handled the presumptuousness with her special combination of grace and humor.
