KKW Beauty posted a statement to Twitter on March 23 to thank customers for their patience and further explain how the site will continue to function. "While our website remains available to accept orders, our fulfillment center cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time," the statement read. "Your order will receive top priority as soon as we can resume shipping.
According to this statement, KKW Beauty has adjusted its return policy so that anyone who placed an order on or after March 16 can cancel their order for a full refund at any time. "The customer service team will be reaching out via email to every customer who purchased on or after March 16 over the coming days," the brand added.
Kylie Cosmetics posted a similar statement to its Twitter on March 23, with the same explanation: California's health orders have temporarily closed its fulfillment center and deliveries cannot be promised at this time.
